CONVEYOR / VULCANIZING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise conveyor belt installation, alignment, and commissioning
• Oversee hot & cold belt splicing and vulcanizing works
• Ensure correct handling of rubber, PVC, and steel-cord belts
• Supervise pulley lagging, belt tracking, and tensioning
• Conduct inspection of conveyors, idlers, rollers, pulleys, and structures
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, PTW, and LOTO procedures
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Operations teams
• Monitor manpower, tools, vulcanizing equipment, and materials
• Prepare daily work progress and maintenance reports
• Support breakdown response and emergency repairs
• Ensure work complies with OEM and client standards

Requirements:
