Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of multiple crews across construction, fabrication, or maintenance activities
• Plan and organize work schedules, manpower, and resources to meet project deadlines
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications
• Monitor quality, productivity, and progress of work on site
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and QA/QC teams for smooth execution
• Enforce HSE policies, PTW, and safe work practices across all crews
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and proper use
• Identify and report site issues, delays, or hazards and propose corrective actions
• Mentor and guide Foremen, technicians, and junior staff
• Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports for management
• Assist in recommissioning, commissioning, and handover activities as required
