BUILDING MAINTENANCE MULTI-TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Repair and maintain building fixtures, doors, windows, lighting, and furniture
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical and mechanical faults
• Perform painting, carpentry, and general building repair works as needed
• Assist in installation, modification, and upgrade of building systems and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and report defects or hazards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, and site safety regulations
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors for larger maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs
