Fleet Manager

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years local experience or 3 years overseas experience in fleet management or related work
  • College graduate / college level
  • Not more than 40 years old
  • High command of English (written and spoken)
  • Well-organized with strong work ethics
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle deployment
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections
  • Ensure compliance with safety, transport, and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate schedules, routes, and driver assignments
  • Monitor fuel usage, vehicle performance, and operational costs
  • Supervise fleet staff, including drivers and maintenance personnel
  • Prepare operational reports and fleet performance records
  • Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Passport (more than 6 months validity)
  • Certificate of Employment (OEC / COE)
  • NBI/POLICE Clearance
  • Valid Government IDs
  • PEOS Certificate
  • E-Registration
