HP Foreman

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Proven experience in high-pressure (HP) operations
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills
• Good understanding of HP procedures, standards, and safety practices

Responsibilities:

• Supervise high-pressure activities including hydrotesting and flushing
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures, method statements, and safety requirements
• Coordinate manpower, tools, and equipment for HP works
• Monitor work progress and ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and safety personnel
• Maintain work records, reports, and documentation
• Identify and address operational or safety issues promptly
