Foreman (Fabrication / Mechanical)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Proven experience as a Foreman in fabrication and/or mechanical works
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of safety standards and work procedures

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fabrication and mechanical work activities
• Coordinate manpower, tools, and materials for assigned tasks
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor welding, fabrication, installation, and mechanical repair works
• Enforce safety regulations and site procedures at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments
• Monitor work progress and report issues or delays
• Ensure proper housekeeping and care of tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Updated resume with picture
• POEA E-Reg and POEA PEOS
• Certificate of Employment
• Must have valid passport
