Permit Receiver

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Certified or experienced as a Permit Receiver under PTW systems
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Good communication skills and strong safety awareness

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and comply with approved work permits
• Ensure all permit conditions and safety requirements are fully implemented before work begins
• Coordinate with permit issuers, supervisors, and work teams
• Conduct toolbox talks and communicate permit conditions to workers
• Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with permit requirements
• Suspend work when unsafe conditions or permit violations are identified
• Maintain permit documentation and records
• Collaborate with safety officers and management as required

Requirements:

• Updated resume with picture
• POEA E-Reg and POEA PEOS
• Certificate of Employment
• Must have valid passport
