Permit Receiver
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
- Certified or experienced as a Permit Receiver under PTW systems
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
- Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
- Good communication skills and strong safety awareness
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and comply with approved work permits
- Ensure all permit conditions and safety requirements are fully implemented before work begins
- Coordinate with permit issuers, supervisors, and work teams
- Conduct toolbox talks and communicate permit conditions to workers
- Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with permit requirements
- Suspend work when unsafe conditions or permit violations are identified
- Maintain permit documentation and records
- Collaborate with safety officers and management as required
Requirements:
- Updated resume with picture
- POEA E-Reg and POEA PEOS
- Certificate of Employment
- Must have valid passport
