IT Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
• Knowledge of computer systems, networking, and basic IT security
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
• Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and internet connectivity
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
• Assist employees with IT concerns and system usage
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards

Requirements:

• POEA E-Reg and POEA PEOS
• Certificate of Employment
• Must have valid passport
