SOUS CHEF

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or hotel restaurant
• 35 years old and below
• Customer service–oriented with a pleasing personality
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Creative and skilled in culinary techniques

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning
• Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line cooks and kitchen stewards
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor kitchen equipment
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Support continuous improvement in kitchen efficiency and workflow

Requirements:

• Must have valid passport
• Detailed RESUME
• Certificate of Employment ( if available)
