Qualifications
- Experience in fine dining or hotel restaurant
- 35 years old and below
- Customer service–oriented with a pleasing personality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Creative and skilled in culinary techniques
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu planning
- Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line cooks and kitchen stewards
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor kitchen equipment
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Support continuous improvement in kitchen efficiency and workflow
Requirements:
- Must have valid passport
- Detailed RESUME
- Certificate of Employment ( if available)
