We are seeking skilled Electro-Mechanical Technicians with experience in BDRM door systems and automated access solutions. The role involves installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical electro-mechanical systems that support safety, security, and passenger flow in high-traffic facilities

Qualifications

Candidates must have proven experience in the following areas:

• Electro-Mechanical BDRM Door Systems
• Automatic Doors
• Fire & Smoke Curtains
• BMU (Building Maintenance Unit) Systems
• Turnstiles & Access Control Barriers

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain BDRM door systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automatic doors, fire and smoke curtains
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and control faults in door and access systems
• Maintain and service BMU systems, turnstiles, and vehicle/pedestrian barriers
• Ensure systems comply with safety, fire, and operational standards
• Respond promptly to system alarms, failures, and emergency situations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports
