We are seeking experienced Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) Systems Technicians to support airport ground operations by ensuring reliable and efficient aircraft cooling and air-conditioning systems. The role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of complex mechanical and control systems used in aviation environments.

Qualifications

Candidates must have proven experience in the following areas:

Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) Units
Aircraft Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Compressor Systems
Open-Type Reciprocating Compressors
Compressor Overhauling & Preventive Maintenance
Chilled Water Systems (Pumps, Filters, Bearings)
VFD Configuration
PLC/HMI Integration

Responsibilities

Operate, inspect, and maintain Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) Units for aircraft ground support
Perform troubleshooting and repair of aircraft AC, refrigeration, and compressor systems
Conduct overhauling and preventive maintenance of compressors and PCA equipment
Monitor and service chilled water systems, including pumps, filters, and bearings
Configure and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
Support PLC/HMI integration and basic control system diagnostics
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and aviation operational standards
Maintain maintenance logs and technical reports
