Erection Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site coordination or erection activities, preferably in steel structures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site issues simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety standards and inspection procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all site inspection reports and ensure timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage and follow up on site claims, coordinating with clients and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Support erection teams with technical and logistical requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.
- Liaise with the sales team to align site activities with project timelines and client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during erection activities.
- Assist in preparing site-related documentation for project handover and invoicing.
- Provide feedback and reports to management on site performance and challenges.
