Intercity Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Technician to handle and supervise civil and building maintenance works across facilities in Qatar. The role focuses on inspections, repairs, and quality supervision of civil works.

SENIOR CIVIL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• No minimum educational attainment required
• Strong knowledge of civil and building maintenance works
• Proven expertise in:
  • Masonry
  • Plastering
  • Tiling
  • Painting
  • Waterproofing
  • Minor structural repairs

Responsibilities:

• Civil Maintenance & Supervision
  • Carry out and supervise civil maintenance works across FM facilities
  • Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Inspection & Reporting
  • Perform regular inspections to identify defects in building structures and finishes
  • Report issues and recommend corrective actions
• Team Guidance & Quality Control
  • Guide and mentor junior technicians
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with maintenance procedures
