Qualifications:
- Exemplary work ethic and ability to perform cleaning tasks personally
- Strong organizational and quality control skills
- Able to follow and enforce checklists (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Responsible in handling cleaning chemicals, products, and tools
- Reliable, punctual, and precise in work performance
- Physically capable and heavy-duty worker
- Able to lead a team effectively
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Candidate must have a valid passport.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the night cleaning team
- Perform cleaning tasks and demonstrate proper cleaning techniques
- Organize, plan, and distribute cleaning duties according to daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality and sanitation standards
- Monitor work performance and maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas
- Coordinate with restaurant managers for updates, reporting, and task follow-ups
- Handle cleaning products and tools economically and responsibly
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and team performance
- Train and guide cleaning staff to improve efficiency and teamwork
