Food and Beverage Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

• Must have atleast 2 years experience in any hotel industry

Responsibilities:

• An F&B Assistant Manager oversees daily food & beverage operations, ensuring high guest satisfaction, efficient service, and profitability by managing staff (hiring, training, scheduling), controlling costs (inventory, budgets), maintaining quality
• Key duties involve operational oversight, staff leadership, financial management, and guest experience improvement, acting as a crucial link between management and frontline teams
• Manage daily dining/banquet operations, ensure prompt and friendly service, handle guest complaints, maintain cleanliness, and enforce service standards (e.g., HACCP).
