AUTO MECHANIC

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of automotive systems.
• Ability to use a wide variety of hand tools and power tools.
• Certification or demonstrable experience operating truck-mounted cranes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles using computerized diagnostic equipment and digital manuals.
• Test drive vehicles to verify customer complaints and identify issues.
• Diagnose malfunctions in engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and suspension.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Repair or replace worn and defective parts, including brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, spark plugs, and belts.
• Perform complex repairs including engine tune-ups, transmission services, and air conditioning system repairs.
