Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• With experienced in preparing authentic Japanese cuisine.
• Must be professionally trained and experienced in preparing authentic Japanese cuisine.
• Specialization in Various Japanese Cuisines, including:
  • Sushi and Sashimi
  • Tempura
  • Kaiseki
  • Teppanyaki
  • Japanese Desserts
• High Standards of Hygiene and Food Safety Compliance
• Formal Culinary Qualifications from Recognized Institutions in Japan
• Ability to Innovate and Present Traditional Dishes with Modern Appeal

Jack’s of Fiji stores are located in all major towns and cities, Denarau Island as well as major resorts in Nadi and the Coral Coast region.
