PAINTER SANDBLASTER

Qualifications:

• Work experience in metal construction sandblasting and painting (ships, offshore contructions, bridges, cranes)
• Diploma/Certificate in this area as a Blaster- Painter
• Experience in sandblasting and painting outer parts of metal structures (not just inside painting jobs);
• Ability to sandblast using mechanical sandblasting equipment and power tools;
• Ability to paint using paint brush, paint roller and airless paint spray
• Ability to paint new metal contractions (not just repair)
• Knowledge of English language.

Responsibilities:

• Metal Construction Sandblasting and Painting
• Operate sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently;
• Prepare surfaces by removing rust, paint, dirt, and other impurities.
• Painting; Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing imperfections.
• Apply primer, paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
