Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop reports and insights based on financial and operational data
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and business partnering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and drive improvements

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and business modelling
• Working with COE leadership to develop annual operating budgets as a basis for tracking financial performance v’s the strategic plan targets
• Development of quarterly performance reports for FF invested businesses that measure performance against annual budgets.
• The reports to include both financial and operational metrics
• Work closely with the COE Accounting function to ensure actual and budgeted data is aligned
