KITCHEN WORKER

Qualifications:

• Possesses a precise, hardworking, clean, and energetic personality.
• Knowledge of gyros preparation or other Mediterranean dishes is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Can work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to follow instructions and hygiene standards strictly.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Candidate must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs and cooks in the preparation and cooking of food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, or measuring as instructed.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items and supplies.
• Dispose of waste and maintain kitchen orderliness and cleanliness.
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of ingredients and supplies.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the production supervisor or manager.
