CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Experience with lathe machines and rim repair is a must.
• Knowledge able in CNC programming, set up, and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
• Must be mechanically inclined and capable of troubleshooting basic machine issues.
• Willing to work under minimal supervision and follow safety protocols.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or shifts if required.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Candidate must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC and lathe machines for rim repair and restoration.
• Perform set-up, calibration, and adjustment of machines before operation.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Repair, polish, and refinish alloy rims according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of machines and work area.
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC and lathe machines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or defects to the supervisor.
• Assist in improving machining processes for efficiency and precision.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the production supervisor or manager.
