COMMIS CHEF II

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a restaurant – Working as a Commi of Chef.
• Passion for food and culinary arts.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Previous experience in handling deliveries and storing goods is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.

Responsibilities:

• As a Commi II, you are part of the kitchen team responsible for supporting food preparation and maintaining kitchen standards.
• Your role is essential in ensuring that ingredients are properly received, stored, and prepared according to company standards.
• Receive, store, and prepare food stock in line with Texas Roadhouse’s high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food preparation areas.
• Assist senior chefs with basic food preparation tasks.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ensure proper labeling and rotation of ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
