Telecom Network Security Engineer

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telecom network security architecture and security testing.
• Strong understanding of network security principles, encryption standards, and access control models.
• Familiarity with Industry frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and telecom-specific protocols.
• Hands-on experience with security assessment tools, penetration testing and architecture modeling.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic and copper networks.
• Lead and coordinate site activities for telecom infrastructure projects.
• Design and configure CCTV and access control systems, ensuring high security and functionality standards.
• Create new system designs and update/edit existing telecom and security system drawings.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.
