Production Technician

Qualifications:

  • Diploma and/or Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent field with at least 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Industry
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • A team player with positive attitude independent and committed
  • Meticulous, structured and attentive.
  • Able to carry up to 25kg and withstand strong smelling environment
  • Willing to work weekly rotating shift including overnight shift

Responsibilities:

  • Compound raw materials for Fragrances, Cosmetic Ingredients and Mint Products for Oral Care in accordance to work order with minimal supervision and wastage.
  • Replenish raw materials and maintain at optimal level for production usage
  • Perform automated dosing machine and electronic weighing scale operations in a safe manner
  • Execute basic troubleshooting if required.
  • Operate mechanical pumps and diaphragm pumps during production process and in transferring to respective drums
  • Perform cleaning for respective drums to prepare for packing process
  • Be trained to operate electric stackers and pallet jacks to transport materials to warehouse
  • Document and record packed drums and yield gains and losses.
  • Perform production process in PPE and in accordance to work instruction and standard operation procedure.
