PMV STOREKEEPER

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming spare parts, lubricants, tires, filters, tools, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO system).
• Update stock records using computerized systems or manual logs.
• Issue materials, tools, and parts to mechanics, operators, or site teams as per approved requests.
• Record material issuance and return properly in the store ledger or ERP system.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and identification of stored items.
• Coordinate with the PMV Workshop, Maintenance Engineer, and Procurement Department for part requisitions and replenishment.
• Follow up on material requests and delivery schedules.
  Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete items and suggest disposal or transfer.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure items are stored safely and securely.
• Follow safety and environmental policies during handling, storage, and disposal of materials
• Maintain all records such as delivery notes, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue slips.
• Ensure documentation complies with company and client procedures
