Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must have more than 2 year experience in cooking Local and International Cuisine, in preparing, ingredients, cost cutting, know how to use excel computer

Responsibilities:

• Ingredient Management: Inspecting, weighing, and measuring ingredients; washing, chopping, and prepping food items according to recipes.
• Cooking: Operating kitchen equipment to cook food using various techniques, such as baking, grilling, frying, boiling, and steaming.
• Recipe Adherence: Following established recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Presentation: Arranging and garnishing dishes for an appealing presentation to customers.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintaining a sanitary, clean, and well-organized kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils. Inventory
• Control: Monitoring food inventory, rotating stock, proper storage, and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring kitchen equipment is properly maintained and reporting any issues. Safety
• Procedures: Following all food health, safety, and sanitation procedures and guidelines.
