HEAD BARISTA

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • With experience in international restaurants in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf for no less than 5 years
  • He should have the ability to develop the menu with the latest updates in the world of coffee and the ability to train, follow up on costs and address deviations from the system.
  • With technical skills in making all kinds of coffee, whether drip coffee or latte art.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise baristas to maintain high standards in beverage preparation, presentation, and customer interaction.
  • Oversee coffee quality control, including espresso calibration, brewing methods, and product consistency.
  • Develop and update drink recipes, seasonal menus, and specialty coffee offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Maintain equipment by scheduling regular cleaning, calibration, and minor troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, pricing strategies, and staff scheduling.
  • Keep up-to-date with coffee trends, brewing techniques, and industry innovations.
  • Promote a positive team culture, motivating staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Track sales, report performance, and support in achieving business targets.
