FOOD QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years old
- With at least (3) Three years’ experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
- Display consistent professional work ethic

- With excellent leadership, time management and motivational skills.
- Continuously look for areas of improvement
- High level professional integrity with a strong ability to communicate with fellow peers.
- Ability to execute Standard Operating Procedures

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Quality and Food Safety programs including HACCP, working towards the implementation.
- Work closely with Head QA and production employees to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Verify critical control point procedures and parameters for completion as per established food safety program.
- Verify sanitation procedures through pre-operational inspection and microbial swab analysis.
- Assist in conducting monthly facility internal inspections/audits and act as main contact for third party audits.
- Assist in developing training schedule and provide training for all employees on Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety and HACCP Principles.
- Verify process procedures to ensure compliance of finished product and raw materials to establish specifications.
- Perform raw ingredient and finished product evaluation to ensure compliance to current specifications.
- Investigate quality concerns with customers and suppliers, resolve and follow up corrective measures.
- Develop and update raw material specifications using supplier documentation and enforce quality standards
