CHEF DE PARTIE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Applicants must provide COEs or training certificates
• Applicants must have pleasing personality

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a specific kitchen station (e.g., grilling, sauces, pastries), ensuring it is well-organized and properly stocked.
• Prepare ingredients (“mise en place”), cook dishes to high standards, and plate them according to recipes and a specific station’s focus.
• Monitor and manage the stock of ingredients at their station, perform inventory checks, and assist with stock rotation.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and secure work environment.
• Ensure all food meets the required quality and standards for the establishment.
• Work collaboratively with other chefs, provide feedback, and supervise and train junior staff when necessary.
• Support the head chef and sous chef by preparing dishes and contributing to menu development.
