FORM WORKER
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of formwork systemsa nd concrete construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Skilled in the use of carpentry tools, measuring instruments, and form work systems
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy-duty work in construction environments
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to site requirements
Responsibilities:
- Construct, assemble ,and install form work (temporary molds/shuttering) for concrete structures such as foundations, walls, columns ,beams, and slabs
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure, cut ,and shape wood, metal ,or plastic panels according to project specifications
- Align and secure form work to ensure structural stability and accuracy before concrete pouring
- Dismantle and remove form work after concrete has set and cured
- Operate carpentry tools ,machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with engineers, foremen, and other site workers to meet construction deadlines
- Ensure form work quality meet safety and structural standards

- WEEKDAYS – No walk-ins, Drop box submission only (Mon–Fri)
