SUPERVISOR SCAFFOLDING

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily scaffolding operations including erection, inspection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding.
• Ensure all scaffolding materials, fittings, and boards are inspected and meet safety and project requirements.
• Interpret scaffolding drawings and specifications to guide scaffold builders.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials for scaffolding activities according to project schedules.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for scaffolding work
• Ensure scaffolds are built, tagged, and certified in compliance with international standards (OSHA, BS EN 12811, or equivalent).
• Prepare and review scaffolding method statements, risk assessments, and permits.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and HSE teams to support safe execution of work.
• Maintain scaffolding logs, inspection reports, and records of erected scaffolds.
• Supervise and train scaffolders on safe practices and compliance requirements
• Investigate scaffold-related incidents, report findings, and recommend improvements.
• Support shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance operations with timely scaffold access solutions.
