SUPERVISOR RIGGING

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily rigging and lifting activities for heavy equipment, piping, and structural components.
• Ensure correct selection, inspection, and use of rigging gear, lifting tools, and cranes.
• Plan lifting operations and develop rigging plans in accordance with engineering requirements.
• Allocate manpower and resources to achieve safe and efficient rigging operations.
• Inspect work areas, lifting equipment, and rigging gear before each job
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety codes (ASME, API, LOLER), and permit-to-work systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, crane operators, and construction teams to ensure safe execution.
• Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments for all lifting activities.
• Maintain daily progress reports, rigging logs, and equipment inspection records.
• Supervise and mentor rigging crew members, ensuring adherence to company
• Investigate and report any incidents, near-misses, or equipment failures.
• Support heavy-lift planning, engineering reviews, and critical lift
