Business Development Associate (E-COMMERCE)

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in similar startups – Grab, SariSuki, Angkas, Move It, Maya.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 1 years of experience in a startup environment
• Analytical and good with numbers
• Excellent with Microsoft Office Program and Windows
• Proactive and committed to finding solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently towards targets and planning

Responsibilities:

• The operation’s associate role is a great opportunity for a young professional with limited work experience to understand how operational processes are designed and implemented.
• The associate will assist the supervisor in achieving all operations KPI
• Ensure supply availability according to demand projections.
• Facilitate arrival, accommodation arrangements and transportation arrangements for partners
