Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with applications in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- With 6 years of experience iu using geographic maps for applications related to roads, transportation, or traffic.
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems: ArcSDE, ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro. Thorough knowledge of spatial databases, geodatabases, and relational databases – Oracle.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure asset management with a strong focus on GIS applications and spatial data analysis.
- Proficient in ESRI technologies, including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise
for mapping, spatial analysis, and asset data management. - Skilled in integrating GIS platforms
- Deighton dTIMS BA to enhance asset condition assessment, maintenance planning, and decision-making processes.
- Experience in developing and maintaining geospatial databases to support infrastructure asset inventories and lifecycle management.
