The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. If you have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a good understanding of financial regulations, we’d love to hear from you. Accountant

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Accountant
• Has understanding of building processes and supplier management in Australia
• Has strong knowledge of Australian accounting and compliance requirements, including GST, BAS, payroll obligations, superannuation and AASB reporting stars
• Compliance & Tax: GST, BAS, PAYG withholding, superannuation obligations
  • Regulatory framework: Australian Accounting Standards ) AASB) and Corporations Act reporting requirements
  • Payroll rules: Leave accruals, long service leave, award interpretation.
• Program experience with the following (very strong advantage)
  • Evolve
  • SimPRO
  • Xero
  • D365 (Finance & Operations)
• Exceptional attention to details
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline drive environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive a four-wheeled vehicle
