Asst. Manager, IT & Cyber Security Internal Audit

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Extensive experience in the financial sector and be well-versed in Saudi regulatory requirements such as NCA ECC, CSCC, SAMA CSF, and SAMA ITGF

Responsibilities:

• Lead/Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of IT and cyber security audits, ensuring alignment with internal audit methodology and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with and supervise junior audit team members, provide guidance on technical matters, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of audit reports.
• Assess IT governance frameworks, information security controls, and IT general controls (ITGCs) to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., NCA ECC, CSCC, SAMA CSF, SAMA ITGF).
• Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, access and change management, operations, and systems development.
• Draft audit observations and audit reports for circulation to client’s Management.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to develop the annual audit plan and RCM.
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality audit documentation and formal audit reports and ensure timely follow-up on audit recommendations.
