Turnaround Contracts Coordinator
Qualifications:
- At least 6 – 8 years’ experience with knowledge of legal, procurement and contract documentation experience in drafting pre-qualification and tender/bid documents.
- Excellent English communications skills. (Written & Verbal)
- Proficient computer skills (MS-office) & SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out services contract’s coordination for the Turnarounds according to role & responsibilities.
- Coordinate in Turnaround services contracts & follow-up with relevant stakeholders for services related task including vendors from service request to PO issuance till close-out
- Assist in negotiating the terms, dates & payments of contracts with service vendors and suppliers.
- Advise on maintenance contract matters, including soliciting input from company’s internal / external stakeholders and Legal.
- Oversee contracts from development, execution to closure.
- Maintain contract files, contract documentation & tracking for future record.
- Perform monitoring of contract compliance.
- Ensure services orders cost allocation to the relevant work orders which helps accounting departments better allocate and manage company budgets.
- Review vendor’s claim & supporting documents against PO/contracts for SES process.
- Evaluating the performance of vendors and severing the contracts of those who don’t meet their standards with Sadara policies & procedures
- Performs special projects as assigned by department leadership.
