Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Vocational diploma or short course certificate in Heavy Equipment Servicing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other components.
  • Perform routine tasks like lubricating parts, checking fluid levels, and engine tune-ups to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used
  • Mechanics adhere to safety regulations and standards during all repair and maintenance procedures.
