PRODUCTION PLANNER & INVENTORY CONTROL IN CHARGE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience is required.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills, as well as problem solving skills, analytical skills, team playing skills.

Responsibilities:

• A Production Planner & Inventory Control In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning and control of production and inventory to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Review Production Batch Records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities.
• Develop and implement production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and available resources.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Analyze production capacity and resource availability to optimize production output.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Implement inventory control procedures, such as cycle counting and stocktaking, to maintain accurate inventory records
