BAKERY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• With at least 10 years of work experience in a similar role within the retail operation
• Experience in a Retail Operation Industry environment.

Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Managing daily bakery production, including baking, decorating, and packaging.
• Quality Control: Ensuring alt products meet our quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing ingredient ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising bakery staff.
• Menu Development: Contributing to the creation of new bakery items and optimizing existing ones.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all bakery equipment is in good working order and performing routine maintenance.
• Budget Management: Assisting with managing the bakery’s budget and controlling costs.
