Mechanical Engineer (Design)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and shop drawing preparation.
• Sound understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and firefighting systems, including equipment selection, sizing, and systems integration.
• Experience working with Revit MEP, Navisworks, Tekla, or other BIM coordination platforms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Languages: Strong command of Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• All candidates should come from CONTRACTING BACKGROUND, preferably from an MAEP SUBCONTRACTOR
• Must have 5 Years experience in AutoCAD
• Must have 5 Years experience in Microsoft Office
• Must have 5 Years experience in Revit

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Overseeing and managing various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP) and relevant regulations
