POULTRY PROCESSOR (HANGER)

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 years working experience as a Chicken Hanger
• Must have IELTS UKVI with a 4.0 score per category
• In-depth knowledge in hanging of live poultry in processing facility
• Experience in working in a food processing plant as poultry hanger.
• With a 2-5 minute video shoot performing basic poultry hanging skills.
• Newly renewed passport
• Good English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Care for livestock prior to processing and through the slaughter stage.
• Handles through manual or mechanical means the removal of feather and internal organs, the extraction of edible offal, the removal of feet and head from poultry carcasses, trims, fillets, portions, trusses, dresses, weighs and prepares for packing.
• Handles through manual or mechanical means the weighing labelling, packing & stacking of finished product as required.
• Oversees quality assurance, food hygiene, product changeover, or other food production KPI’s and supervise others who are conducting tasks as required.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary starts at 𝗣𝗵𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬 gross monthly
• Forty Two & a Half (42.5) Hours per week
•  Three (3) years contract, renewable
