Flexo Printing Operator

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate / ALS Certified with related trainings or certificates.
• 3+ years operating narrow web flexo machines (Mark Andy, Nilpeter, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of UV inks and self-adhesive substrates.
• Understanding of color management and print troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and run narrow web flexographic presses (8-color or more).
• Ensure accurate registration, color consistency, and proper curing.
• Clean and maintain anilox rollers, plates, and doctor blades.
• Track job data and production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
