Industrial Scaffolder

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on scaffolding experience in industrial settings
• Good English Communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
• VCA certificate (preferred but not necessary – they can obtain once in Poland)
• Assemble and disassemble scaffolding (Layher, Peri systems) on industrial sites
• Interpret scaffold drawings and work plans
• Follow site safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
