WORKSHOP COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
- Must be with valid 2 years and half passport
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and motivating the design team, ensuring they follow best practices and maintain high standards.
- Providing guidance and training to staff on floral design techniques, shop procedures, and customer service.
- Creating and managing staff
- Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Coordinating the processing of customer orders,
- Ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and quality control.
- Overseeing the ordering, receiving, and storage of flow
- Ensuring the design area and retail space are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
