Concrete Batching Plant Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience
- Bachelors degree in civil engineer or engineer
- Minimum of 5 years in concrete production as a batching plant manager in ready mix plant or batching process
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in concrete production techniques, plant operation system, quality control
- Familiarity with plant equipment and machinery including batching equipment
- Knowledge of inventory management and plant system program and safety
- Good communication and interaction skills with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively
- Knowledge with compliance and all relevant regulations, technical specification and standards
- With certification for training of concrete batching plant operators, concrete mixing, equipment operation and safety procedure
