RESTAURANT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Willing to take IELTS or PTE (English Proficiency test)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure consistent adherence to company procedures and food safety standards.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure store cleanliness, maintenance, and proper equipment functionality.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Schedule shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Updated resume with job description
- Employment certificate
- Diploma/TOR
- Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
- Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
- 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
