DENTAL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• For Wax Dept: Min. 3 yrs exp. in veneers/crowns wax-ups, wax patterns, metal frameworks, implants, fitting, finishing & pressing. Must know Ivoclar ingot system.
• For Ceramic Dept.: Experience not required. Must be familiar with layering techniques, refractory work, PFM, PFZ, and stain techniques.
• For CAD/CAM Dept.: Min. 3 yrs exp. w/ Exocad and 3Shape(including Ortho module), implant and digital workflows, DSD, full contour restorations,
• Millbox, ZirkonZahn, Progmill, 3D printing, & expert in fitting PMMA, try-ins, and zirconia restorations.
• For Dental Receptionist: Experience not required. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel dealing with case registration, invoicing and making reports

Responsibilities:

• Dental Technicians in the wax department design and sculpt wax models for crowns, bridges, and other dental prosthetics. They follow dental
  impressions or digital scans to create accurate anatomical structures.
• Technicians in the ceramic department apply porcelain and other ceramics to dental frameworks for crowns and veneers. They focus on
  aesthetics, ensuring color match and natural translucency. Fine artistry and attention to detail are crucial.
• Dental Technicians in the CAD/CAM department use digital software to design dental restorations from scans. They operate milling machines and 3D printers to fabricate crowns, bridges, and implants. Strong computer skills and technical knowledge
• A Dental Receptionist manages front-desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments. They maintain patient records and
  ensure accurate billing and insurance processing. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
