Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Relevant certifications or training in coffee making and customer service would be an added advantage.
• Candidates should maintain a neat and clean appearance, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and create a fun and engaging experience. They should be personable and service-oriented.
• Preparing and serving beverages, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, espresso, tea, and chai.
• Customize orders and educate customers about the menu.

Requirements:

• Updated resume with detailed job descriptions
• Copies of Employment Certificates and Training/Seminar Certificates
• Copy of Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR)
• E-Registration and PEOS Certificate
• Valid Passport and a recent 2×2 photograph
