Assistant Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Must have advanced-level English skills suitable for managerial roles
• Must be presentable, scar-free, tattoo-free, and maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Must exhibit a hospitable and customer-centric approach

Responsibilities:

• Run a smooth and efficient shift in restaurant and able to execute all Administrative and operational functions & duties (e.g. Ordering, Scheduling, Cash Management, etc.).
• Enhance restaurant profitability through better operation focus, control expenses and material consumptions.
• Assist restaurant manager to build and execute any action plans to improve restaurant performance based on restaurant’s KPIs and different
  audits and follow up execution with restaurant team accordingly.
• Resolves Guest complaints as required and ensure guest return
